General standard terms and conditions:
I do not incur any liability for damage/conflicts between second and third people.
The earlier you register for a booking, the better. A registration is confirmed as soon as I’ve replied via e-mail. If I am booked already, i will try to find a highly qualified substitute. Most important point: Please confirm my general standard terms and conditions (GTC) within your registration.
Cancellation fee:
You can cancel a current registration within 8 workdays without charge, afterwards, you will be charged the half of the total amount.Exceptions: illness, accidents, family (Of course, they only will be accepted after handing in an authorized and official document: doctor, police, fire-department, …)If there is the case that I am sick myself (illness, family, etc.) I will contact you as soon as possible and will try to look for a substitute.If I can’t fulfill that, our contract will be cancelled.
Liability:
I am eager to lead you safely, according to the situation. Nevertheless, there can’t be a guarantee of avoiding objective danger totally.I do recommend a beforehand travel insurance for winter sports in order to be covered for helicopter rescuing etc.
Visual material:
Pictures and videos taken during our day(s) can be used for official purposes (advertisement, internet,…). Thus, I request the attendees to inform me in case of any violation of privacy.
Payment:
Please pay cash or by other means of payment during the booked days.
Prices:
Change of prices and errors reserved.
